Hi, i have installed a new 500gb hard drive and have installed windows 7 (legacy boot). i have dowloaded the latest drivers from the acer website for my product and for w7.. Solved laptop is hooked up to projector by hdmi no sound coming from laptop just sound through projector . need sound to come from la forum solved no audio coming out of the surround sound when. As soon as my projector is turned on, the hdmi sound option goes away and the sound comes though the pc speaker only. as soon as i turn the projector off again, the hdmi option comes back. i can hear sound (very low volume however) though the home theater speakers with the projector off..
Connect a laptop to projector with hdmi and also get with hdmi and also get sound from surround system the audio of the laptop don't work and will only work when i pull out the hdmi cables. The acer does have speakers, and you can get sound through it, but it is terrible quality, and anyone on this site found listening to a movie through projector speakers will get banned! lol i have a 1.3amp onkyo 705, and all the 3d passes though my amp except the ps3, which i run an optical cable to..
